Day 3 – Physical activity reflection

    The last time I exercised was two days ago. I did strength training.

    Physically and emotionally it actually felt a bit better than in the past, mainly because I’m no longer pushing myself as hard as I used to. When I train extremely heavy, I notice it increases internal pressure rather than helping me.

    At the same time, I struggle with balance. I tend to overthink training: going back and forth between very heavy low-rep training and lighter higher-rep work, worrying whether I’m “doing enough” or whether I’m losing progress. That doubt often leads me to postpone workouts or train less frequently.

    What I’m noticing through this program is that movement itself seems helpful, but the way I relate to it matters a lot. Less pressure feels better for my nervous system, even though part of me still worries about performance and results.

    I’m trying to see physical activity less as something I need to optimize, and more as something I can do in a supportive, non-threatening way.

    I guess that's the realization for day 3.
