The most helpful part of this program, for me, is the variety of content and exercises presented.

It keeps me engaged, learning, and eager to see what the next day's journey will be.

It is a very special program and community. I am very grateful to those who put the curriculum together.
 
Me too! Some people I have pointed towards it start by being a bit negative... 'Its so American', 'this doesn't apply to me'... (us Brits are right moaners!) but everyone who has persevered has then discovered that it all hangs together in the end. There are lessons that you do not even know you are getting until you have completed it...
Also just setting the time aside - just for yourself - is a very empowering thing!
