Journaling in the form of a dialogue or a narrative, not as a letter
I’m very tired this week, and in the evening I struggle to follow the program, especially when it comes to writing, but I hope that some rest will help. Unfortunately, work has taken up a lot of my energy these past few days. Finally, I’ll be taking a break.
