Currently where I am now, I’m exhausted when I wake up, have maybe 7-8 weird dreams a night, with crusty eyes and tired all day with no energy. That and other symthoms I have been dealing with for 10 months.
The level of acceptance that this mind/body is pretty high. Most of my symthoms has left and came back so I know it’s mind body. I just can’t shake off this exhaustion I had for 4 months which is giving me some doubt, negative and flat feeling.
The only worry I have is not being able to be normal
Again and living through this longer but it’s not just symthoms, it’s my whole body being dead tired.

Welcome! I know it may be hard to believe right now, but the fact that your level of acceptance is high (this is the biggest barrier to recovery - belief in the TMS diagnosis) puts your chances of recovery at very very high levels with time (assuming that it is TMS) - I am excited for you (even if I appreciate that may not feel true to you yet) :)

Wow! 7-8 weird dreams a night! That sounds like a heavy amount of subconscious activity trying to poke through. Sending you supportive best wishes.

For some reason I can’t make a new post I wanted to see who else had this issue where they can sleep a lot but still wake up unrefreshed and have weird creative dreams all night. Even in day time, I want to close my eyes becuz they’re heavy and sleep. And when I close my eyes my brain wanders in seconds and dreams of random thought I have.
