    Thanks everyone for sharing. I went the usual route and although it was clear to me, there was no help on this highway, my pain was screaming and I was acting reactively from that voice. Im working on changing my response by pausing, bringing to mind the tools I have, like this site, audio recordings of Sarno's books and 2 things that I always found difficult. 1. Accessing my anger and other repressed emotions and writing/journaling. Well.........It's a new day. When I get aggravated, frustrated, judgemental, I try to resort to pen and paper or speak with a trusted friend to offload. Before, I would give people a pass. I used to say I dont explode, I implode. And now I can see where those repressed feelings went. I believe! Now, its the work. Best to all. Thank you for hearing me
