    My life without TMS would mean

    I could make plans to do the things that I LOVE such as overnight hikes and hikes and nature walks, yoga retreats and feeling good in my body. I could do walking holidays, I want to kayak cool little islands, I want my lungs full and empty and free. I would also be comfortable with angry. Allowing it into my psyche and my life with acceptance and appreciation. I would find acceptance of my story and my narrative would be liberating maybe even joyful in the Way of Integrity or in yet to be discovered.

    Welcome! These are great goals. Start to visualize this if you cannot try to do this now. Your brain doesn't know between what is real and what is imagined so this is a great start to imagining what your life will look like. Nature is so healing for a lot of things but especially for the nervous system!

    Hi! You can make plans for things you love right now! Don’t wait til you are all the way better. Figure out a way to do it anyway. I’m on a trip now that I was too afraid to take a year ago. I have trouble walking. But this year I did it anyway. I’m using walkers and a scooter (for now!)—but already my heart feels so much better. I’m not letting my life get stolen from me. You can do this too! Dream it and claim it. Think outside the box. As the joy pours in, you can conquer this thing. ❤️
