Hi everyone. I'm here because I'm really at the end of my rope. I've had silent reflux for the past four years and it's driving me coocoo. I've known about Dr. Sarno's work for the past twenty years but have never really put it into practice. I'm desperate now and am willing to do the work. I look forward to learning and am so appreciative of the six week lesson plan and this discussion forum. I'm hopeful I will cure myself!
