I have been dealing with chronic pain issues for over 3 decades. I have been dealing with interstitial cystitis since the early 80's and it is now at the worst it has ever been.

I have been homebound for 14 years and on Disability with various health challenges including neuropathy, trigeminal neuralgia, fibromyalgia, spinal issues, erythromelaglia, and irritable bowl and more.

The most worrisome challenge is the IC, and an injury to the bottom of my foot that happened 3 years ago that has been walking difficult and painful. As well, I have not had shoes on my feet for over 6 years due to neuropathy. Sciatica plagues my legs and my muscles are always sore. TMS? Yes, it most likely is.

I can accept the TMS diagnosis. Anything to get me out of pain! Psychological not physical. I can accept that!

My doubts and worries are that this will not work just like everything else I have tried. And, believe me, I have tried everything western and eastern and alternative that you can imagine. Maybe you can and can't, but I have spent all my savings on trying to get well.

The best part about this solution is that is FREE! And, I hope that I can make it through the 6 weeks and come out on the other side. Happy, Healthy and Pain Free!

I have tried various therapies such as this one, and it didn't work, but perhaps with the right questions, answers and re reading Sarno's book over and again, my brain will figure it out.

No more peeing 50 times a day and night would be a miracle beyond belief!

I think the fact that this is free is encouraging. There are also a lot of encouraging stories here; too many for it not to have some impact. I hope it works for you. I have to say that my pain is no where near the level of pain you are experiencing, but I have noticed a small difference in the three days I've been following the programme. My neck is very definitely easier to move, with almost no pain, although it seems to have migrated to my middle and lower back. I keep saying to it that it's not real pain, its just my anger. Fingers crossed
