Young adult : above and fatigue
Adult : above and tingling, numbness, tinnitus, spaciness
I had a lot of trauma in my childhood and feel I'm in fight/flight a lot.
I've done Alan Gordons program here on the site and some parts work. Already I feel much calmer which I'm really enjoying.
I'm 58 years old now and realizing the impact of my thoughts/emotions on my symptoms.
