Day 1 Hand Pain

I started having hand pain back in November and I am running out of options. I don’t know if this program will help me but it can’t hurt to try right?

I have been to orthopedics, physical therapy, and neurology and they all eventually told me that there isn’t much they can do for me. This crushed me, everyone I went to for help ended up blowing my issues off and sent me away.

Now here I am trying this program hoping to get some sort of vision of my daily life back. I want to be able to drive and enjoy my hobbies again. My only fear is making the pain worse but at this point I’m willing to try anything.
