Cold Laser for Pain

    As you know physical treatments for TMS pain is not recommended. Yet, there are times when you may need some relief as you go through the healing process. I posted before about L-arginine and its pain-relieving effects. The advantage to taking L-arginine is that it is not a pharmaceutical.

    Another option that I have recently discovered is low-intensity (cold laser) laser therapy. The American College Physicians recommends cold laser therapy as a treatment for low back pain over medications.
