It's interesting that most people in the comments are trashing the idea. The belief that back pain or any other chronic pain can be treated by manipulating our thought processes are so rejected by the general public.

I find myself really unfortunate to be in pain but at the same time I find it empowering that I believe in something that most people do not.

The mind is more powerful than anything or anyone could ever imagine.
