The Pain Reprocessing Workbook is the title of the book by Vanessa Blackstone and Olivia SinaikoThanks again.
For me, the triggering of pins and needles in my arm comes from specific movements I would not have expected to create the sensation - like brushing my teeth. Unfortunately, when this happens, my first thought is that this is something brought on by nerve compression.
Is there a recommended pain reprocessing work book?
I would also recommend some videos by Alan Gordon (who's work this book is based on). Here's an excellent example:
Here's another video from Daniel about Pain Reprocessing - he explains a bit about how changing your perceptions (or some may call it) limiting beliefs (because once we recognize our limited belief on pain, we also see where it is a habit we have across our lives) to pain. I'd caveat that by saying you MAY have a nerve sensation, you may have a little pinching, you may sometimes get discomfort but it doesn't mean it is dangerous. It might simply mean you have a sensation.
