Cervical neck instability/hypermobility

Well I am in a pickle... Back in February I pulled what I thought was a muscle in my neck from exercising... Within days I was in horrendous pain, couldn't move my neck and was getting nerve pain shooting down my arm... They suspected a herniated disc, since then the disc has healed but my muscle in my neck are so tight, i have seen numerous osteos and Drs and they have said because I am hypermobile, that my neck is unstable which is why the muscles are so tight because they are trying to stabilise... This tightness is now causing trouble swallowing and ear pressure.

I am trying my best to treat this as tms but the constant issue with trying to keep my head up and this feeling of being choked in my throat which effects my swallowing is hell... Has anyone found that there unstable neck, hypermobility, Cervical instability ended up being tms? I struggle when I have the hypermobility component.

I really am at the end of my wits with this one.

I'm hypermobile and used to have neck pain for many years. I have slight scoliosis also so my neck is on an angle and my head has to tilt to stay balanced. It went away when my other issues went away and I even workout my neck now.
