Never been to one. I healed from back pain mainly by reading Sarno, Ozanich,
and following the Structured Education Program.

Well Walt it sounds you are a text book tms er with back pain….I don't have back pain I have more of a all over the body burning pain and aching feet problem I have read the books numerous times and I excepted the fact I have tms and all the crazy crap that goes with it. I am half way threw the sep and if anything my pain as gotten worse, maybe because I am getting more in touch with my emotions and thats bring out the pain and fear…I have been speaking to a therapist once a week for the last 3 weeks and she as opened my mind up to accept tms diagnose .
