Being a bully to a conditioned response(Sitting) or gradual exposure ? Need your help and inputs

    For me sitting has become a conditioned response. Just the thought of sitting in front of a computer makes me kind of anxious. But I don't know how do I overcome it? Do I be a bully, stand up and sit in spite of the pain or gradually expose myself to sitting? Because sitting is an important part of my work. The longer I avoid sitting the longer I have to stay unemployed. So, I'm not exactly sure what to do.

    So, I'd love to hear from people who overcome pain caused by sitting .
