Beating symptom imperatives

Hey all

I've got stubborn arm and hand sensations but today I want to celebrate!!!!

The sensations travelled to the neck. For a second, i thought here we go again...... but I was also greatly encouraged. This is the symptom imperative. As I get more confident in dialling down fear, it felt reassuring my brain was producing something else.

Within an hour, it went away I calmed myself down. Almost laughed.

That's not happened so quick before.

I'm still working on believing for recovery in my arms and hands- it's been so consistent and persistent for such a long time, the belief thing is harder but I at least registered this win today ❤️
