Day 1 Back for more

Hi,
I’m back to this programme for a second time. For those wondering, I had huge success from my first time. 14 days in and I had shaken the anxiety, the fear and my abdominal pain. So I 100% have belief in this working. I guess what I’m saying is don’t lose faith.

Now on to why I’m back. About 4-6 weeks after kicking my previous symptoms I developed pretty bad eye strain (and accompanying headaches) struggling to read the computer screen etc. Over the last 4 months I have visited multiple opticians and tried multiple prescriptions of glasses and had little success. A little later into this I developed tinitus. My job is in IT, and as you can imagine, the anxiety and fear of compromising my source of income is very high on my mind at the moment.

I’m now here to re-do this programme, in the hopes of digging deeper into what I’ve been bottling up and avoiding. Bring it on.

Hi!

IT is no joke, as far as stress goes! When I worked at a university I always made sure to bring the IT folks cookies because y'all always have so much on your plate. Maybe your mind is trying to protect you from having to bear the burden of solving everyone's problems.

The best part of you coming back is that you know you can do it. I can't wait to see you whip this one too!
