I thought you might be interested in this blog post from Jessica Kesiel who I have mentioned before as my TMS coach. This is the woman who discovered TMS with me while a pain and posture coach, and who went on to become a TMS coach through Lorimer Mosley, Dr. Schubiner and Alan Gordon.
This year she volunteered to tour Australia on bike, taking pain science education to rural areas as part of an amazing effort by Mosley to educate his country on pain science. Jessica of course adds her knowledge of Dr. Sarno’s theories. I’m constantly in awe of this TMS community and their kindness and generosity to spread this knowledge freely.
