wanted to pass on this site to you guys to check out if you want. I found its been really helpful in understanding anxiety which is what im researching right now and pretty much every single recovery strategy is the same type of thing used to treat TMS which is why I've been comparing TMS and anxiety a lot lately. It's like 9 bucks a month but its not a scam because I've read through a lot of the material already and its really good.
