Another great free resource

Beloved Grand Eagle
I am a subscriber to the Ten Percent Happier app for meditation, and a fan of the free podcasts at https://www.tenpercent.com/podcast (Podcast with Dan Harris — Ten Percent Happier)

Here's a recent podcast that I think will resonate with TMSers:

Vulnerability: The Key to Courage | Brene Brown

Brene Brown helps Dan understand that being vulnerable is not about weakness, nor is it about sloppy oversharing. Instead, she argues, vulnerability is about honesty, realness, risk, and courage—all qualities that are very relevant for these turbulent times in which we are living.

The Dan referred to is Dan Harris, an ABC News anchor who suffered a public meltdown by having an on-air panic attack. He went on to learn how to meditate, wrote a book, "Ten Percent Happier" which I highly recommend, and developed this app, which I like and use regularly. It appeals to my pragmatic nature!

How funny! My TMS coach sent me her TED talk only a couple of weeks ago!

I forgot to mention that the interview with Brene Brown in the podcast is actually from 2019 - but in his intro, Dan Harris said it will still resonate in 2020 - and it does. She does!
