Anal itch/leakage

Sorry to be so forward but this has been driving me
Crazy and doc keeps saying it looks fine. About 20 min After a bowel movement i will be super itchy and if i wipe i see either feces or yellowish discharge indicating a leak.. anyone experience this and consider it tms?

and yes i clean extremely well and endure im not rough with the area
 
Maybe a mild form of IBS. If dr says nothing to worry about then I'm sure he/she is right. Are u constipated? Any change in diet? Any change in life circumstances?
