An inspiring young woman's fibromyalgia (+ poss FND) recovery/success story...

I'm posting up this young woman's success story video (she became debilitated with mind/body symptoms from a very young age) for a couple of reasons ...

First, she recovered from fibromyalgia and possibly FND (Functional Neurological Disorder) as, along with being housebound due to pain she had episodes of (non-epileptic) "seizures", and occasionally there have been new members of the forum enquiring about FND (or FND-like symptoms) asking if anyone has recovered.

Second, what she had to say about her brain being "a horrible place to exist" when she was suffering symptoms gave me a 'light bulb' moment where I could suddenly see that my own brain is not exactly a nice place to be, and I thought this might perhaps also resonate with others. I have come a long way from having been bedridden (for a total of over 18 months) and housebound for many years, but I have still been experiencing some residual symptoms, some of which have been gradually improving but others have been rather 'sticky'. That's changing now, however, as I'm working on making my brain/mind/head a nice place to be. I'm treating it (visualising it) as a peaceful, sacred garden where I don't let the 'weeds' and 'brambles' of looping thoughts, external slights and life's other difficulties take over (this visualisation just being my idea, not talked about in the video).
