The following looks like an amazing video. It's deep stuff, but if mindbody conditions are about the interaction between mind/brain and body, then they are basically saying that emotions matter for health. If that's the case, then we want to know how emotions work in our brain.

How does the emotional brain work? Well, first, the core emotional brain is known as the limbic system:
