Am I alone in experiencing fatigue as a TMS symptom?

Am I alone in experiencing extreme chronic fatigue for years without any specific known cause other than it must be TMS?

I experienced chronic fatigue as part of my fibromyalgia diagnosis. There were some doctors that felt I met the diagnosistic criteria for chronic fatigue syndrome more than fibromyalgia. It went away with all my TMS symptoms by treating it as TMS.
