Day 1 Almost 100% sure...

...that I have TMS. I’m writing this following a prompt on Day 1 of the SPE, which I just found out about. I started learning about Dr Sarno’s theories about a month ago and I found some relief in my lower back pain almost immediately. But now, as I work on the emotional and psychological aspects, the pain has moved around quite a bit (neck, shoulders, head, sciatica) and it looks like my dizziness and anxiety have come back as well. On days like today, when I have a bad cold and feel quite a lot of sinusey pain around my eyebrows and cheekbones, it’s more difficult to believe in the symptom imperative and not to get caught up in the new symptom loop. How do you guys stay on track when something new comes up? Looking forward to learning more. Thanks!
