allergies and TMS

so most of the times i sit down to eat something i end up with a runny nose and its a bit annoying to clean it up especially at the end of my meal. sometimes i go without thinking about it and end up with nothing but when it comes to gluten (which i eat before bed) everytime i eat that or fruits i get runny nose. anyone knows if this correlates to tms? i also have extreme dry hands.
