Thanks for the kind words Forest. A "pillar" and some times deserving of being pilloried I'm sure. Thankfully, being burned at the stake is going out of fashion. I've added Pimm's Cup #1 to the medicine cabinet, right next to the Torani Amer Picon; it is less proof then the Picon. It was developed by the English to provide a slow steady buzz, so as not to fall off the polo ponies during the course of a long afternoon.
