I’m at the beach! I made it! :)

White light today—makes the new leaves glow neon green against black rain-soaked tree trunks. Silent beauty that takes my breath away. ❤️

Each of my kids gave me a vase of flowers for Mother’s Day. I LOVE flowers! I could look at them all day long!

Sometimes progress is hard to see with TMS. But I’m finding if you look carefully, you will see it.

Woke up today with a case of “I don’t care.” I just don’t care anymore if I have TMS. Got places to go, people to see, things to do!

If I keep going forward, not buying into what my TMS dishes out, I’ll get clear of this. However long it takes—that’s what it takes.

Got hair done yesterday. Long walk in. Didn’t do so well. Fighting the urge to get discouraged; at least my hair looks good! 3x out this wk!

Went to the park today! Out 2 times in 2 days. Wha?!!!

As you do the work, you build more and more love for yourself—and you start to believe that you are worth the fight.

This battle is mental! Exercise disciplines your mind. You can use that discipline to get yourself free. Face pain; Do it anyway.

Did 15 min. standing; plus chair workout. Haven’t set a timer and stood in awhile. Need to get back to this! I used to be at 23 min.

Mental discipline is my new focus.

I’ve progressed to chair yoga from bed yoga. Bed yoga got too easy. Getting sore now and then but hanging in there.

After 2 yrs of meditation and focus on my emotional hygiene, I noticed the return of my emotions. @TG957

Here’s where TMS lives: when you lie to yourself. When you overlook things to avoid confrontation. When you don’t speak up.
