Grateful to have found you all. Been suffereing acutely since Sept. 2013. I have just ordered Dr. Sarno's book from Amazon and am excited to get started. I've had acute symptoms from Adrenal Fatigue: Insomnia, air hunger, rage, anxiety, adrenaline rushes, exaggerated startle response, went from high to low cortisol. Hypothyroid: Inability to lose weight, chronic cold, severe hair loss. Peri-menopause: Severe mood swings, low sex drive, rage.
