Lots of journaling yesterday. It started out sugary sweet. Nothing wrong. By the last page, I was getting somewhere!

Got my own breakfast! (First time in a while). These are the steps I need. :)

I’m going to try an experiment today and not think or use the word “symptoms” (or any equivalent) all day.

Went to the park and then got an ice cream cone today. Good baby step! :)

Riding gently over the ups and downs. Floating along. Everything’s OK. I’m OK! :)

On a roll! Did all the dishes last night and tidied up around the kitchen. (it’s hard for me.) I’m proud!
