I’ve progressed to chair yoga from bed yoga. Bed yoga got too easy. Getting sore now and then but hanging in there.

After 2 yrs of meditation and focus on my emotional hygiene, I noticed the return of my emotions. @TG957

Here’s where TMS lives: when you lie to yourself. When you overlook things to avoid confrontation. When you don’t speak up.

Hard day- turning it around. Whatever I dread: I’m doing it anyway.

Haven’t knitted in years— just started again today. How relaxing and fun!

Unloaded the dishwasher—first time in a long time! With my new big arm “guns,” it wasn’t so bad! ;)

Woot woot! It has kicked in! I’m starting to feel really great doing this exercise! :)

I just realized yesterday —the electrical buzzing inside my body I had for 2 yrs is now gone. Man, I hated that feeling! Now it’s Gone!

I’m going to use my mind, my will and my courage to punch through this cage. My trap is all mental. Not stuck!

Journaling has become my daily relief valve, painkiller, lightning rod, oracle. Don’t have to make myself do it anymore; I just want to.

I keep having these super vivid dreams of walking. I also had one of driving. I hope this is a good sign.

Update: my hands are still good! I can’t believe it. I’m really happy. My other symptoms are totally acting up. Are we surprised?

Once I heard this saying: you’ll never be well until you get your outsides to match your insides. (Good Rx to fix TMS.)

I can’t explain how I know… but it’s like it finally hit me: I’m actually going to get better. All the way better.

I’m in all out man-to-man combat with my TMS right now. Doing things despite pain. On day 4 of exercise. Feeling better.
