“TMS is a teacher. The big picture lesson of TMS is that something is out of Balance in your life.” -Monte Hueftle Jul 31, 2025 at 11:41 AM

  • My Story

I have had TMS my whole life on and off. In 2017, I learned about Sarno. Been on the forum since 2024. Since joining the forum I’ve gone from 16 symptoms to four. But I’m not out of the woods yet. My symptoms are not easy to live with. I need help to walk, and I can’t fully use my hands because they are curled up. (My right hand is better than my left, thank God!) Most of my really bad symptoms kicked in after I had Covid. I’ve had severe anxiety my whole life, with a history of child abuse. But somehow, I’m still here! Some days I’m very happy. This is good news because a year ago I was in the deepest darkest hole ever. Little by little, I believe I’m going to get better. I’m in it to win it. If you’re curious about more of my story, here’s some of the past. https://www.tmswiki.org/forum/threads/my-story-i-know-it’s-tms.28068/

The fact that many people have “cured” themselves by a study of my books is in itself evidence of the accuracy of the TMS diagnosis. Sarno
