Zumbafan

I read Dr Sarno's books in 2009 and healed from fibromyalgia over the following 18 months. I then had to deal with crippling anxiety, and was recommended Steve Ozanich's book. I have read a lot on the forums here and most recently found out about outcome independence. I have learnt so much, been able to help others, now just want to say thank you to all contributors here.
