    Congrats on finishing the program! I finished just before you. I also feel about 50% better. I'm very happy with that and will continue to do TMS principles especially journaling. I wish you the best on your journey moving forward!

    I have noticed that medication doesn't work for TMS stuff as well. All the more reason to hang in there and keep up with your TMS work. The big thing for me was that I found if the pain bothered me emotionally, it would get worse and worse because I would tense up. If it get anything I'm taking...

    My main pain areas, yes. I have new pain in other places, but it's not as bad. I'm going to do more journaling and thinking and also resume physical activity without fear.
