My Story
Have been dealing with severe right arm pain from the elbow down to the wrist for the last 3 years. I have tried everything in terms of therapy and have tried several different therapy plans with physio-. I have never had much success with anything other than some short-term success with cortisone shots which of course just masks the pain…
About 8 months ago I started getting some pain in my left hand and I found out that I have de quervain's syndrome and the only thing that I have found to help that was the cortisone shot. Ever since then I do have pain off and on but it's never very severe like it was and it seems to be in different spots each time.
I hit a real wall about 2 weeks ago after being a newlywed where I just have not been healing after doing hours of physio- on a daily basis and having my brain stuck on hopelessness. My wife help me out a ton which led to me finding TMS and being able to admit that I have a problem going on in my brain. I believe the journey is now starting to me healing rather than trying to mask the pain! - Loading...
