My Story
In January 2000 I experienced what I thought was a back injury due to snow shoveling. I ended up immobile for over two months receiving physio treatments 3 times a week and subsequently after a number of x-rays, ct scans and MRI, it was determined that I had two damaged discs in my lower back. Although surgery was an option I chose not to go that route. I drastically changed my lifestyle to better deal with my "physical" ailment never once considering that it was rooted somewhere else. Then, after listening to Howard Stern one day. I decided to pick up Dr. Sarno's books. They changed my life immediately. For the past 17 years I have experienced only two "major" flareups but have always managed to get back to normal with the help of his books. I am currently seeking someone in my area to provide the needed psychological help to further my health. - Loading...
