    Hi! Yeah ocd has been tough but thankfully way better managed. @Rabscuttle studying for IT requires a lot of hours on a screen for sure. I don’t even play video games.

    I see what you mean. I do use it for building my future. I study in front of a computer. I haven’t played video games in a while tho.

    Hi! So I always have been a computer guy and watched screens for hours. Well now I’m studying computer and I watch screens for hours and hours. I get headache and migraines + tired mentally. I tend to focus on these issues and get thought of quitting because of this (I won’t) Could this be tms?

    Hi! I tend to like to study, but also feel fatigued due to studying. This is where I would say, should I listen to my body or just keep pushing due to maybe tms?

    What did Sarno meant by this?

    I watched this video: and it mentions that the pain is in your head, but not entirely. He mentions that the pain is real, but the cause is in your own mind. So to get this straight, is the pain real, like you feel it, but it's all in the mind?
