it's been a mixed bag but one thing i've noticed. since covid i believe a lot of people have a strong dose of skepticism and even mistrust with the mainstream healthcare industry and it seems there's more of an acceptance to mindbody stuff.
i've been going through a lot of struggles lately and finally realized it would be helpful for me to simplify. here's my 3 pronged list that's tried and true...for me
be nice to myself
keep the tension down
trust in God
i've had pretty much the same experience with the same results. thanks for posting this.
i would say stay the course and always aim at regulating your nervous system.
gosh, me too. it's pretty frustrating. and i know what you mean about advertising. there are so many pharmaceutical commercials on these days and everyone of them (except the covid vaccines strangely enough) have these long list of awful side effects. and i'm thinking 'wow i sure don't want to...
i think it depends on the person. i keep hoping that's the case but it really hasn't been that way and i'm 63 now. i try not to get frustrated by it but it can be a struggle sometimes.
Philippians 4:6-7
6 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
so yes, God definitely...
