    Hello,

    I have a long history of mind body pain. I have severe nerve/burning pain at the back of both legs. It gets much worse when sitting and it travels: to buttocks, front of legs and sometimes my feet. So, what is happening?
    I still don't understand the mild oxygen deprivation! I am currently reading Unlearn Your Pain and doing all the work. Please advice. Thank you.
