2020- woke up one day severely ill in a very strange way, weird headache, severe debilitating and strange neck pain, brain fog, weird brain pressure, jaw pain, fatigue- eventually got diagnosed as CFS
2021- chronic anal fissure which required surgery in 2022
2022- severe stomach issues
-cubital tunnel syndrome in my elbows from being bed bound and holding my phone with my elbows bent in bed all day
2023- severe reaction to MRI contrast dye (Gadolinium deposition disease) which “caused” “allodynia” throughout my whole body. I couldn’t have clothes or sheet on my skin because it felt like acid was poured all over me and ants were crawling on me, my legs also went complete numb and I could not lift myself or walk or get in the toilet by myself. this lasted 9 months.
-tried to get a pain management procedure for my still severe neck pain and he accidentally injected the local anesthesia into my artery causing a seizure during which I sustained a concussion and almost died due to my heart almost stopping (got ptsd from this)
-got another concussion hitting my head in my moms jeep right after this concussion healed
2024- got a shoulder injury which led into “thoracic outlet syndrome” which then became bilateral and then the injured side turned into frozen shoulder
-got a chemical burn on my scalp (my mom is a hair dresser and due to my neck issues I couldn’t go into the sink so I had to wash the dye out myself but due to the shoulder issues I didn’t do a good job) this turned into “burning scalp syndrome” where my scalp burns everyday.

2025-
I screamed at the top of my lungs twice due to a PTSD trigger.

That “caused” severe pain with speech. And I mean severe I couldn’t say one word without pain. Sore throat and burning in my throat and larynx, burning in my ears. It feels like someone poured a chemical down my throat. I never lost my voice completely but I when I spoke it was so painful.

For the first 8 weeks I didn’t even speak more than a word a day. The doctors told me it’s nerve damage induced by the scream, and or LPR and MTD. They gave me nerve pain meds but I didn’t tolerate them and they don’t work at the lower doses for me.

CURRENT DAY:
Most of those issues resolved on there own over years to months

I found the mind-body space due to my speaking pain via Dan Buglios success videos. After a few months of doing the work my throat pain when down to 0. My frozen shoulder is also letting up and the pain in my arm is significantly improved

I did develop clitoral pain during this which I’m still working through

most recently I had a bad bowl movement which triggered severe pain (worst I ever felt) similar to my surgical pain post fissure surgery. I don’t think I have a fissure and so I’m now not able to sleep or function trying to deal with what would be diagnosed as “levator anti syndrome” I’m so happy I was able to get through so much with mind body work but I am feeling really scared now because of this rectal pain and need support
