Hi everyone new here. A friend suggested I read Dr Sarno's book - healing Back Pain. Ordered my book which I am excited to receive!
Watched some videos of doc Sarno's lectures on You Tube and he just makes sense!
Like most people I've tried most things to treat Sciatica but had this knowing there was something deeper causing the pain!
So, now I've found myself on here and looking forward to finding out more.
