The buttock feeling is not a sharp pain, it’s shooting and kind of a heavy/pressure feeling, weird which makes me feel anxious. Think this sensation was mentioned on the forum before, some days it’s not noticeable and other days it’s there. Confusing and frustrating

I believe Sarno mentioned that the main areas affected in TMS was the low back and top of buttocks, glutes area. I have both and can be distressing.

Please read Clair Weeks books on anxiety , Google her and you can listen to her. She is the best for anxiety. No need to get overwhelmed on all other information out there, she is all you need.

@mbo you mean well but I’m thinking the recommendation might have to come from the medical experts on TMS. on the other hand, Celine’s diagnose can have a negative effect on TMSers thinking our issues can be related to autoimmune issues. Can’t win

@Enrique I was wondering when someone would bring up Celine’s diagnosis on this forum. Then someone from the TMS world should reach out to her if there is any possibility. A scary diagnosis for us TMSers.
