I was lucky that a friend recommended Dr. Sarno's "Mind Over Back Pain" to heal my 15 years of chronic low back pain. My mother was lucky that I told her about my experience, leading her to find Dr. John Stracks at Northwestern and heal herself of 8 years of hip pain. Why is so much luck required for people to stumble upon TMS? Why can't people learn about it long before they've tried everything else and have become desperate?
