Woohoo, this is awesome news!! Thank you so much for the update, I am really looking forward to hearing more from you. This gives me a lot of hope! I'm going to have to give some thought to the minimalist approach. I also think you may be on to something regarding the "full body" heat...

    Raynauds disease recovery story

Such an interesting, informative, and well-organized blog about your experience during your Raynauld's! Congrats, and thank you for sharing. I found this extremely helpful! I also struggle with Raynauld's and Erythromelalgia (the opposite of Raynauld's but basically the same thing, only reacting...

I have been using the mind/body approach to overcome a number of other issues, some I didn't mention in my...

    Erythromelalgia / Raynauds

Hello, thanks for your reply. Yes, I have, and I've also read the book Healing and Recovery by Hawkins, mentioned in this thread as well. That book has become like a bible to me. I've been able to overcome intense spine pain, migraines, and tinnitus. But the EM is persisting. I do believe at the...

    Erythromelalgia / Raynauds

Hello friend, I read your post a while back and have been wanting to reply for quite some time. You and I have identical symptoms, everything you describe has been my experience as well. The time frame is also the same, so you might consider whether or not yours is a result of COVID or another...
