    You'll be fine, its nerves. Once you decide for yourself that you are ok you'll feel better. your muscles twitch because you tense up. It took me two years to figure that out. once you made up your mind your fine the body will shortly follow.

    Try D3 and Magnisium 500mg see if that helps. Also try to breath and relax. Worrying makes it worse believe me. Mine seem to be worse in the morning when I wake up for some reason.

    Do the twitches slow down and completely stop or just become less noticeable? I have good days and bad. The twitches are less noticeable now but still present. I have been taking vitamins B12, Magnesium, and D3. Are these a waste of time?
