Thank you, both! Life happened and I fell off the TMS wagon, but I had made it half way through the program and felt it was helping a lot. Its been on pause since but I continue to think about and apply the lessons I've learned. I continue to be convinced by both of your framing and guidance...
A lot of my anxieties are people related. I have worked a lot on expressing these anxieties in my journaling, and once or twice to the people in my life; but overall I still won’t dare express my anger and sadness caused by other people. The people-pleaser/low self esteem in me just won’t let...
I would figure out how to make time for a relationship, for building my personal life, my own family, my marriage, to love and be loved (in a romantic relationship - I am blessed with other kinds of love). But I always accepted that I can’t have those things; for various reasons.
What steps I...
Yes! I definitely feel that the sadness lurks under the surface, a bit slippery and difficult to hold on to. I also feel that when I can find more acceptance of the things which upset me inside, I can also reach some of that calm acceptance of the sadness under the surface. I get glimpses of it...
Yes, thank you for pointing that out! For all of my life I've always experienced emotions as physical sensations; a hole in my chest, a tightening in my head. Its only as I have worked through the program I am able to put names to these sensations - so already a huge improvement!

Thank you @JanAtheCPA, I took it easy for a bit and read up on attachment problems etc. I don't have the final solutions but I feel a bit more grounded and ready to take on more. <3
Ah I wasn't very clear. I meant I confront this challenge as I do the recommended writing exercise in the form of a dialogue as part of my TMS work. Some of my current stressors are relationships where people decided they don't want to be a part of my life so I hold back from reaching out to...
I have found the dialogue technique the most challenging to work with.
My foundational fear and psychological challenge that I deal with is a sense of being unseen and unheard. So if I try to do a dialogue with a person, I run into a silence. They will not have a response after a few back and...
A quick update: I'm around half way through Weekes' book and its already uncovered so much. Truly astonishing how unaware we can be of our minds and bodies. Thank you again for the recommendation @Diana-M and @JanAtheCPA
