It all started 5 years ago. Single-handedly Holding a family together while my husband (at the time) was revealing his hidden alcohol addition. How can this be happening.. I worked harder to keep all the balls in the air.. 6 months later..husbands(at the time)w 2 oui's under his belt..lost his liceince for 3 yrs.. Lost his job etc..here I am to release the past.. And move into a new day, w. Unrepressed anger and rage.." we repress anger that violates our image of ourselves." not me.. Not my family!
Low back pain set in..multiple dr appointments..unresolved pain tx..2 years ago.. The pain increased to mid back nerve tingling.. And also,,into left shoulder.
W. Insomnia..I was dianognsed w adrenal fatigue and candida last summer..nothing worked..until...2 weeks ago when I picked up Mindbody Prescription.. I felt a little better..I'm now ready for the next part...
Any advice?
