Jumping from one symptyom to another

’ve been dealing with leg nerve pain for a while, and by accident I discovered that combining AC with somatic tracking relieved the pain significantly- making it disappear at times. This was new. But almost immediately, the symptoms shifted instead into brain fog, drowsiness, dizziness, and...

Day 5 Severe reactions during meditation / breathwork

So my symptoms decrease after doing any kind of breathwork / meditation / distraction in general. I do this for one hour every day. During breathwork, especially during breath retention, when I’m sliding into my subconsciousness, I get visual images of “letting go of certain traumas”, then I...

Day 3 Doctors told me this is forever

Thank you. I’m glad you’ve found some relief. Actually I take the nerve twitching in my face as a good sign because that means my brain is subconsciously reacting to fear. It wouldn’t have happened otherwise. I was curious not anxious. I recently started doing some intense breath work...

Day 3 Doctors told me this is forever

Have you been tested for neuropathy? I also think it’s the hyper nervous system

I know what my rage is about…. now what

May I borrow some wordings you use to shut the brain up? When the tingling spread to my feet I said “stop it right now, I’m not buying this and what you’re doing it’s stupid”. In three weeks it worked. With the rest of the legs it hasn’t. I need something new!

I know what my rage is about…. now what

I know what my rage is about…. now what

Yes! I’m on day 3. Just a thing - have you heard of people on this forum not being able to use blankets at night due to leg burning? This is one of the last question that makes me wonder so much.

I know what my rage is about…. now what

I had a pelvic surgery, used to have pain there that I got rid of. Then the legs. Actually my tingling was in my arms and face too, but that went away when I calmed down. It’s so difficult to wear pants, use blankets… The only time I can tell my obsessive and stubborn mind “it’s just TMS” is...
