More recently, receiving therapy for OCD, I had a pain flare up in my shoulder which made it hard to sleep and cause the OCD to flare up as well. The therapist was annoyed because her therapy suddenly seemed not to have worked and tried to pass me on to a pain therapist. I realised that both the OCD and the pain were probably linked to the same cause so started to research and investigate.
